Since 2017, Blockstack has sponsored Coindesk’s annual conference, which has now gone free and virtual, running from May 11-15. At Consensus: Distributed Blockstack’s Co-founder, Muneeb Ali, will take the online stage at a few key sessions, including one with Nathaniel Whitemore Tuesday morning.
Blockstack will also be part of Foundations, a new program within Consensus designed to put the spotlight on thriving blockchain ecosystems. Join Muneeb, Brittany Laughlin, Xan Ditkoff, and Hank Stoever for an hour of content focused solely on exciting updates from the Blockstack community.
The multi-part session will include a ‘changelog’ presentation from Muneeb covering recent highlights and project progress while taking questions. Brittany Laughlin will share a new announcement with the Consensus community. Xan Ditkoff will then provide a deep dive into Blockstack’s new consensus mechanism, Proof of Transfer (PoX), and Hank Stoever will demo Clarity, Blockstack’s smart contract language.
The Blockstack Foundations session will take place on Tuesday, May 12, from 9:00 – 10:00am ET. This is a great opportunity to be part of the conversation about what comes next for Blockstack and support the ecosystem at one of the largest events in crypto.
You can also drop by the #ask-me-anything channel in the Blockstack Discord directly after the event at 10:00am ET to connect with folks from the event and other community members.
Don’t miss out: Register for Consensus: Distributed today and join us May 11-15.
